the location was good as it was close to tourist attractions and transport links.
the bathroom was small i could barely wash my hands in the tiny sink it was not a pleasant experience at all and made basic hygiene difficult.

I found the location quite convenient, being so close to Victoria Station. The staff were friendly and helpful (they even helped me with my luggage). I appreciated that they offered affordable luggage storage. The room had clean linen, and the lights were well-placed.
